<p>The Big Plant Nursery is an independent retail plant nursery set up by the award-winning Creative Landscape Company based in Twyford, Berkshire.</p>

<p>We specialise in specimens and mature plants and pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and top-quality plants.</p>

<p><strong>We have an opportunity for an experienced nursery sales advisor to join our team.</strong></p>

<p>If you are passionate about plants and feel you have the relevant skills, we would love to hear from you. Retail experience would be an advantage, but not essential, ideal candidates would have good plant knowledge, experience caring for plants and exceptional customer service skills.</p>

<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Full time &ndash; 38-40 hours/week, potentially to include some weekend work</li>
	<li>Working hours &ndash; from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after nursery opening hours.</li>
	<li>Company pension scheme</li>
	<li>Salary - &pound;18,000-25,000 DOE</li>
</ul>

<p>Main duties would include, offering plant advice and assisting customers. EPOS experience helpful but full training will be provided. Plant husbandry, restocking and creating effective plant displays/merchandising.</p>

Sales Advisor

<p>We now have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic <strong>nursery sales advisor</strong> to join our dedicated weekend team.</p>

<p>If you are passionate about plants and feel you have the relevant skills, we would love to hear from you. Retail experience would be an advantage, but not essential, ideal candidates would have good plant knowledge, experience caring for plants and exceptional customer service skills.</p>

<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Part time &ndash; Saturday and/or Sunday, 6-14 hours/week.</li>
	<li>Working hours &ndash; from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after nursery opening hours.</li>
	<li>Company pension scheme</li>
	<li>Salary - &pound;18,000-21,000 pro rata DOE</li>
</ul>

<p>This is a customer facing role with the main duties being to offer plant advice, assisting customers and putting through sales. <a name="_Hlk24009346">EPOS experience helpful but full training will be provided. </a>Plant husbandry, restocking and creating effective plant displays/merchandising may also be required from time to time.</p>
